Turkish Cooking Classes Go Ahead Full Speed!

On February 25th 2012 Turkish cooking enthusiasts came together at the TCCC West Haven branch and learned to make several dishes including Borek, Imam Bayildi and Pilav. Some participants had hands-on experience with making and shaping the dough for the Borek. After the lesson the participants enjoyed the dishes they cooked together.

The next Cooking Class at TCC West Haven branch will be held on March 11th, 2012 and the students will learn to make Gozleme, Tavuk Kofte and Kisir.
