Our first semester of Turkish Cooking Classes began on February 7th. We prepared three different recipes on our first class, rose delight (gul tatlisi), potato salad (patates salatasi), and fried meat pies (cig borek).
Students and volunteers had so much fun learning and preparing the recipes together. Please join us every other saturday to experience and broaden your cooking talent while having great time. Our classes will be held until April 18th.
