Private Cooking Class

On November 15th 2014 we held a private cooking class at Turkish Cultural Center in West Haven CT. We showed our participants how to make mercimek corbasi ( red lentil soup), hasan pasa kofte, and lastly how to bake baklava.
It was a really fun experience for everyone especially for the first attendants. After the class everyone enjoyed the prepared foods. As Turkish Cultural Center we were very pleased to meet every single one of them, and hope to see them in our upcoming events.
