On November 12th, TCC hosted another private cooking class, arranged by previous students. The couple was so pleased with the classes they took before, and wanted the women from redefining retirement also have the opportunity to experience. They brought Borek – a Turkish pastry they learned how to make in one of the previous classes and shared it with attendees.
Participants learned how to make Hasan Pasa Kofte, Red Lentil Soup, and Baklava. They were offered Turkish tea and treats throughout the class. Lastly TCC members gave souvenirs for participants to take home.
