TCC Hartford held its third cooking class of the session on November 15. Students were hosted in one of our chef’s home for the day. This class was joyfully much more crowded, about twenty five people enjoyed lunch together. The chef demonstrated how to make popular dish Imam Bayildi, traditional stuffed onion and Rose Dessert.
