The Sixth Annual Turkic Day organized by Turkish Cultural Center Connecticut and Council of Turkic American Associations took place in Connecticut State Capitol
Students did hands on activities about Turkish Culture along with watching different documentaries about Turkey.

Turkish Cultural Center participated in the Annual P.L.A.C.E. Multicultural Children’s Fall Festival at Hamden Middle School.
Turkish Cultural Center Hartford Branch held its Annual Meat Drive Ceremony together with Hartford City Mayor Pedro E. Segarra.
Post-Feast of Sacrifice holiday, TCC of Connecticut donated a total of 500 lbs. of ground meat to their neighbors in New Haven, and West Haven City areas.
On Saturday, September 26, the Turkish Cultural Center’s West Haven Branch held its first cooking class of the fall session.
Our first semester of Turkish Cooking Classes began on February 7th. We prepared three different recipes on our first class, rose delight
West Haven Mayor Edward O’Brien together with his wife Roberta and assistant John Lewis joined the dinner on both days.
TCC participated at the Savin Rock Community School Multicultural Day in West Haven. We presented turkish food, turkish desserts, and explanation of Turkeys history.
2013-2014 cooking class reunion was a great get together for our graduates and our volunteers.
